This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leader with a background in field or industrial sales to take ownership of a high-impact role, leading a team across NSW and QLD to deliver exceptional results.

Your Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and mentor a team of BDMs, aligning them with strategic sales objectives
- Set performance goals and KPIs, driving accountability and high performance
- Cultivate a team culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Drive and execute the national sales strategy alongside the GM of Sales & Marketing
- Oversee the development of account and territory plans to maximise revenue and referrals
- Use data-driven insights to set targets, track performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners – panel shops, tow companies, brokers, and more
- Work closely with your team and partners to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen existing ties
- Ensure partners understand and value your service offering and are set up for success
- Equip your team with the tools and training needed to excel in both sales and client management
- Stay across industry trends and competitor movements to keep your team ahead of the curve
- Share market intelligence and partner feedback with leadership to support ongoing strategic direction
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, accident management, fleet, and legal teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and team effectiveness to senior leadership
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years in a sales management or senior sales leadership role
- Proven success in building high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Background in industrial or field sales is essential
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes and client engagement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the automotive, insurance or industrial industry is highly regarded
