About the Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a client in the education solutions industry for a part-time Outbound Customer Care Specialist. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an Australia-based candidate who thrives on phone-based communication, has a results-driven mindset, and brings a proactive attitude.

Our client is a purpose-led organisation that partners with schools and education providers to deliver data-driven tools and strategic insights. They maintain a high-performance culture internally and are looking for someone who can match their energy, reliability, and values.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for reaching out to warm leads, with the goal of qualifying interest and booking appointments directly into Calendly for the CEO.
This role is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, organised, and enjoys relationship-based sales conversations.
Working hours: 12 hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (4 hours per day).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to warm leads
  • Engage in friendly, professional conversations to assess interest and suitability
  • Book qualified appointments directly into Calendly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Represent the client's brand with warmth, professionalism, and integrity
  • Support lead generation activity in coordination with the broader internal team
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, outbound customer service, or phone-based sales
  • Clear and engaging communication skills with confidence on the phone
  • Strong organisational habits and time management
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Calendly, CRM systems, and Microsoft Teams
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team culture
  • Experience or interest in the education sector is a bonus—but not essential
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team known for its collaboration and supportive culture. If you’re looking to work in an environment that values collaboration, positivity, and a strong drive for success, this role could be the perfect fit.

What’s on Offer
  • Fully remote, flexible part-time role (Tues–Thurs, 4 hrs/day)
  • Work directly with the CEO of a values-driven organisation
  • Contribute to a mission-led company making a difference in education
  • Supportive, high-performance team culture
  • Opportunity for longer-term or ongoing work
Interested?
If you're confident on the phone, results-oriented, and looking for a flexible part-time role, we’d love to hear from you. APPLY NOW & Lauren  will be in touch.

Please note:
This is a fully remote role, and to proceed to the next stage of the process, you will need to have access to your own laptop and phone.
