to support our established Medical Logistics client in Macquarie Park
with both morning and evening shifts available.

Responsibilities
- Manage outbound calls for freight updates, inbound calls for inquiries
- This role will start as a 4am -12 pm but if the business changes, flexible needed to work rotating roaster between 6am - 7pm
- Hyper care radioactive shipments, using a GPS Tracker to be across urgent and critcal planning
- Work closely with drivers, supervisors, and logistics partners to resolve issues.
- Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
- Monitor and coordinate urgent, time-critical shipments, including medical deliveries.
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers, carriers and customers
- Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures
- Experience of working as a medical receptionist or in a logistics customer service role would be preferred
- Flexible with hours, 8 shifts from either 4 am - 12pm or 12pm to 12 am
- Previous customer service experience in an office environment.
- Strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- Ability to work independently.
