Our client is a well-established tech innovator and a market leader in B2B solutions. Due to substantial growth within their Sydney CBD office, we are now recruiting for their Customer Service division.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Addressing business queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution, through inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.
- Engaging with non-transacting customers, address concerns, and facilitate transactions.
- Contributing to maintaining a low merchant churn rate.
- Handling customer cancellations with the aim of resolving issues and retaining customers.
- Reviewing reports and develop action plans to proactively retain customers.
- Providing education to merchants on product features and basic terminal usage.
- Previous experience in a phone-based role with client retention experience highly regarded.
- A background in banking or financial products would be ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- An ability to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Ability to problem solve in a timely and confident manner.
