WOW Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator (evening Shift) to support our established Medical Logistics client in Macquarie Park.
Salary: $65 - 75k + Super
Macquarie Park – Onsite
2 PM – 12 AM (8-hour shifts/Rotating Roster)
Fulltime - Monday to Friday + Wknds if needed
Please note onboarding will last 2-4 weeks on daytime hours.
If you have experience in medical logistics or medical reception roles as well as contact centre experience, you thrive when problem solving and are flexible to work eveings, then this role is for you!
You will join the Critical Services team where collaboration is a must in this face paced environment.

- Manage inbound calls efficiently
- Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
- Accurately input data into systems in a timely manner
- Assist Coordinators/Allocators with job-related inquiries and changes
- Address customer concerns, including pricing and quotations, with professionalism
- Cultivate strong relationships with carriers and customers
- Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures
- Previous customer service experience in an office environment.
- Flexible to move to wknds if someone is sick + rotating with an on call window
- Experience of working in medical or logistics would be preferred - highlight anything relevant in a cover letter.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- Ability to work independently.
