What You’ll Do
- Own the messaging and oversee content creation across multiple brands and campaigns.
- Create and maintain a library of marketing content assets, including case studies, technical documentation, product sheets, email series, blog posts, and social media stories.
- Develop quarterly communication plans and align content calendars with product launches, campaigns, seasonal events, and business objective
- Collaborate with the marketing team to shape and advise on impactful campaigns.
- Turn sales insights into compelling stories that resonate with plumbers, merchants, and corporate buyers. – always with a customer-first mindset.
- Identify key target audiences, define core messaging and select appropriate communication channels (e.g. email, social, sales, other)
- Use tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign to build smart content workflows.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in content and communications.
- Ideally coming from a B2C or eCommerce background and looking to step into a B2B role that still connects with the end user.
- Experience in product marketing is a plus, with a talent for translating complex, technical content into clear and engaging messaging.
- Confident navigating multiple brands and stakeholder groups.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and automation tools such as HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.
- Self-driven and organised, with a strong ability to take initiative and build effective systems for gathering and managing information.
