This newly created role bridges the gap between a junior and senior manager, supporting business growth while giving you the opportunity to connect the dots between sales, operations, and marketing. What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage products end-to-end — from supplier negotiation through to launch and performance
• Drive brand growth and awareness across multiple retail channels
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and operations to deliver market-ready, high-impact campaigns
• Execute marketing plans, while also bringing fresh strategic thinking to the table
• Keep tabs on competitors, new trends and retail opportunities
• Work in SAP to manage product and brand data, inventory and compliance
• Be a key point of contact for suppliers and global brand partners
• Help drive category growth across premium audio, lifestyle tech and niche innovations What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in product, brand or marketing coordination roles
• Background in wholesale distribution, retail or branded consumer goods (ideal but not essential)
• SAP/ERP experience is highly regarded
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and spinning a few plates
• Commercially switched-on, curious and a great communicator
• Bonus points if you love consumer tech and are up-to-date with what’s trending

Location & Hybrid
Location: Dandenong, Melbourne.
Work Style:   This role offers a hybrid work model, with one day per week from home.

Salary
$80,000 - $100,000 + super
